Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
1. Shipping Options and Rates:
Standard Shipping with Registered Mail (Economy): CHF 12.00 (Delivery in 2–3 working days)
Express Shipping with Registered Mail (Priority): CHF 14.00 (Delivery in 1–2 working days)
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above CHF 200.
2. Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Tracking and Insurance:
All shipments within Switzerland are sent via Registered Mail, which includes tracking and insurance up to CHF 500. A signature will be required upon delivery.
4. Packaging:
Your jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
International Shipping
1. Shipping Rates:
Neighboring Countries (e.g., France, Germany, Italy): Starting at CHF 25 (Delivery in 5–10 business days)
Rest of Europe: Starting at CHF 30 (Delivery in 5–10 business days)
North America (USA, Canada): Starting at CHF 40 (Delivery in 7–15 business days)
Rest of the World: Starting at CHF 50 (Delivery in 7–15 business days)
2. Customs and Import Duties:
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be applied by their destination country.
